
Perfect Slaw Sidekick
if you don't think slaw goes with much, think again! This is such a fresh, vibrant, tangy, slightly sweet and crunchy slaw that adds incredible healthy texture and bold flavor to truly ANY sandwich, taco, or protein sidekick
Ingredients
- 1 cup purple cabbage shredded
- 1 cup green cabbage shredded
- 1 jalapeno
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 lime juice
- 4 green onions green and white parts
Instructions
Recommended to only prep up to 12hrs before consumption for freshest flavor and texture
- Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until well combined
- Refrigerate for at least 1hr for cabbage to soak up the aromatics and juices
- Add to your favorite taco, sandwhich or simply serve with a fresh grilled protein of choice
