Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ¼ cup almond raw, whole
  • ¼ cup cashew raw, whole
  • ¼ cup walnut raw, whole
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

Meal Prep Directions:

  • Heat oven to 350
  • Pulse oats and nut mixture in a blender or food processor until grainy
  • Pour oat/nut mixture into a large mixing bowl and combine with remaining ingredients
  • Mix well and spread onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes
  • Let it cool and continue to crisp on the counter before storing in an airtight container for up to one month
