How do I access the meal plan each week?
You’ll get an email every Thursday with a link to your dashboard where you can view the newest plan (and all archived plans!) You’ll find a printable PDF that includes your meal plan, grocery list, at-a-glance prep, helpful meal highlights and recipe cards. You'll have everything you need to easily skim your week ahead and coordinate it to your calendar.
While our plans aren’t designed to follow a specific diet (like keto or Whole30), many of the meals are naturally adaptable. You can easily swap ingredients or swap recipes that don’t work for you. I often note simple modifications, so you can always search the recipe blog with specific restriction tags like “gluten free” to get a curated list of matches.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
I’m a firm believer that consistent but short timeblocks of prep are the most sustainable form of meal prep that doesn’t burn you out. 15-30 minutes here and there throughout the weekend or during the week by multitasking and recipe stacking. The idea is to keep ingredients prepped for minimal mess and stress whenever you are executing a mealtime. I’ll guide you through exactly what to prep, how to store it, and how to repurpose ingredients so you’re set up for an easier more efficient week ahead.
How much time will the meal prep take?
Each week’s plan includes 4 balanced, family-friendly dinners made with simple, whole food ingredients. I mix it up the traditionally balanced meal bases like proteins, complex cabs, healthy fats and fiber with a variety of fresh flavors to never make it feel like you are eating the same meal, even if you are using the same base ingredients.

Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. I keep it flexible because I know how certain seasons of life can be. You can cancel your membership anytime from your account dashboard— yearly plans will not be partially refunded and will have access until their annual renewal date. Monthly plans will have access until their next month renewal date. Start back up whenever you are ready for weekly meal planning to be done for you.
Yes! Our recipes are designed with real-life families in mind (I have 3 little picky eaters myself:)). You’ll find plenty of familiar flavors and simple ingredients that even the pickiest eaters can get behind. We also include ideas for modifications or ways to build meals “deconstructed” for younger eaters if needed.
