3 Ingredient Greek Yogurt Bagel

The easiest 3 ingredient, no-rise, no-sourdough necessary high protein bagels that have biscuit-like fluff and mildly sweet flavor. You. will. want. these!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of plain full fat greek yogurt

  • 2 cups of all purpose flour

  • 3tsp baking powder

  • Optional: 1tsp salt

  • Optional: egg white to top and add topping to stick on such as:

    • sesame seed

    • poppyseed

    • cinnamon

    • everything bagel seasoning

Meal Assembly Instructions: preheat oven to 375

  • Mix flour and yogurt together: I start with a fork and then move to my hands. It will feel VERY sticky. Once it’s decently combined I take spoonful sized amount of flour and rub it onto my hands to remove some of the sticky dough. Add more flour to hands if necessary to move onto second step.

  • Shape the dough: With well-floured hands, take a quarter cup size of dough and make a 6-8in long snake (just like your old play-dough days) by rolling in between your palms. Turn the snake into a circle by touching the ends and pinching until well sealed. Repeat until dough is completely used up

  • Bake and store bagels: cook for 20 minutes or until browned on top. Cool completely before storing in a reusable airtight storage bag for up to 5 days or freeze for several months.
