Gluten-Free Granola
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups rolled oats
1 cup raw nut mixture (almond, cashew, walnut)
1tsp cinnamon
1tsp vanilla
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup melted coconut oil
Dash of salt
Directions:
Heat oven to 350.
Pulse oats and nut mixture in a blender or food processor until grainy.
Pour oat/nut mixture into a mixing bowl and combine with remaining ingredients.
Mix well and spread onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
Let it cool and continue to crisp on the counter before storing in an airtight container.
