
Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Shake
High protein dessert tasting smoothie with real raw ingredients that come together for the creamiest healthy treat!
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 cup raspberries
- ½ cup cottage cheese (I love good culture whole milk!)
- 1 scoop collagen (I love truvani!)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I’ve been loving Ka’chava!)
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup almond milk (more to thin as necessary)
Instructions
Meal Prep Instructions:
- Throw all ingredients (except for liquid) into a reusable food storage bag and FREEZE – I love this Stasher Bag Bundle
- If making fresh – be sure to add a large scoop of ice for a cold blended texture
Meal Assembly Instructions:
- Take bag out of freezer the night before and place in fridge adding liquid in the AM, OR the morning of add liquid, letting the mixture sit for at least 20 minutes until slightly softened enough to release from the bag (for the smoothest texture)
- With a high powered blender, blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined and smooth. Add additional liquid as necessary for desired consistency
