
Clean Green Energy
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 chopped celery stalk
- ½ chopped cucumber
- 1 peeled and chopped kiwi
- small handful of spinach or kale (or both!)
- 1-2 cup of coconut water (more to thin as necessary)
- 1-2 cup of almond milk (more to thin as necessary)
- 1 scoop of collagen
Instructions
Meal Prep Instructions:
- Throw all ingredients (except for water + coconut water) into a reusable food storage bag and FREEZE – I love this Stasher Bag Bundle
Directions:
- Take bag out of freezer and add liquid, letting the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes until slightly softened (for the smoothest texture)
- With a high powered blender, blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined and smooth. Add additional liquid as necessary for desired consistency
