Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas (ripe and mashed)
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 cup almond milk or plant based milk of choice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder I like vanilla protein powder, quinoa flour or ground flaxseed

Instructions
 

Meal Prep Instructions:

  • Mix wet ingredients together, mix dry ingredients together. Mix together until well combined
  • Pour into silicon muffin tin & bake at 350 for 10-12 min or until center is cooked through
