Strawberry Poppyseed Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups strawberries fresh
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • cup olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice and zest
  • 2 tbsp poppyseeds

Instructions
 

Meal Prep Instructions:

  • Blend all ingredients except for poppyseeds in a food processor or immersion blender until smooth and well combined. Stir in poppyseeds, store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days and shake well before using.
