
Strawberry Poppyseed Dressing
The perfect summer salad sidekick with just the right amount of natural sweetness and flavor!
Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries fresh
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1 lemon juice and zest
- 2 tbsp poppyseeds
Instructions
Meal Prep Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients except for poppyseeds in a food processor or immersion blender until smooth and well combined. Stir in poppyseeds, store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days and shake well before using.
