Simple Honey Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2c dijon mustard
  • 1/2c olive oil
  • 1/4c honey
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to season
  • optional additional honey if you prefer it sweeter!

Instructions
 

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor or immersion blender or just shake until smooth and well combined. Store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days and shake well before using.
