Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 large lemon (juice & zest)
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tbsp shallot chopped
  • 1 tbsp dill chopped
  • 2 cups cucumber shredded

Instructions
 

Meal Prep Instructions:

  • Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender until chunky but somewhat smooth and well combined. Store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 3 days. Separation is natural, shake well before using.

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2tsp dijon mustard

  • 1 lemon (juice & zest)

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1 small chopped shallot

  • 1tbs fresh chopped dill

  • 1-2 cups of finely chopped or shredded cucumber

Directions:

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor or immersion blender until smooth and well combined. Store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days and shake well before using.
