
Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
Every summer salad's best sidekick with incredibly simple but bold ingredients for the perfect dressing, marinade or dip to add flavor and color to any dish

Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 2 tbsp lemon juice about 1/2 a lemon
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup strawberries fresh, hulled
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add everything to a wide mouth mason jar and blend with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy. Add salt and pepper to adjust the flavor.
- Refrigerate for up to 5 days and bring to room temp when ready to use, it's normal for the oil to harden/separate!
