
Cashew Miso Sauce
The perfect sauce for any Asian-inspired dish.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp white miso
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup of cashews
- Dash of favorite hot sauce
- Splash of coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp of minced ginger
- 1 clove of garlic
- ½ cup of very hot water
Instructions
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor or immersion blender until smooth and well combined. Store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days.
