Raspberry Nut Protein Smootie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups raspberries frozen Washington red raspberries are the best!
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or nut butter of choice
  • 1 cup almond milk or plant based milk of choice
  • ½ cup coconut water or filtered water
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed
  • 1 tbsp chia seed

Instructions
 

Meal Prep Instructions:

  • Throw all ingredients (except for milk + coconut water) into a reusable food storage bag and FREEZE – I love this Stasher Bag Bundle

Meal Assembly Directions:

  • Take bag out of freezer the night before and place in fridge adding liquid in the AM, OR the morning of add liquid, letting the mixture sit for at least 20 minutes until slightly softened (for the smoothest texture)
  • With a high powered blender, blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined and smooth. Add additional liquid as necessary for desired consistency
