Strawberry Chia Jam

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups strawberries ripe!
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbso chia seed

Instructions
 

Meal Prep Instructions:

  • wash and chop strawberries
  • Add strawberries to a sauce pan over low heat, simmer until berries easily mash.
  • Mash in the pan with a fork or other utensil.
  • Continue cooking on low heat, add honey and chia seeds, stir until juices reduce and thicken slightly.
  • Let the jam cool completely in pan off heat. Once cool and thick add to a glass container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks
