
Strawberry Chia Jam
The perfectly textured, naturally sweetened and healthy homemade alternative to overly processed high sugar store-bought jam that you'll never want to go back to after trying this!
Ingredients
- 3 cups strawberries ripe!
- 4 tbsp honey
- 4 tbso chia seed
Instructions
Meal Prep Instructions:
- wash and chop strawberries
- Add strawberries to a sauce pan over low heat, simmer until berries easily mash.
- Mash in the pan with a fork or other utensil.
- Continue cooking on low heat, add honey and chia seeds, stir until juices reduce and thicken slightly.
- Let the jam cool completely in pan off heat. Once cool and thick add to a glass container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks
