
Basil Vinaigrette
Fresh and vibrant dressing with simple herbs, aromatics and oil. Great for a dip, dressing drizzle to brighten and add flavor to any dish!

- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 cups fresh basil chopped
- 1 small shallot chopped
- 1 lemon juice and zest
Instructions
Meal Prep Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor or immersion blender until smooth. Store in fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days.
