
Tropical lime refresher
When you want it to taste like you're on the beach but also give you a hydrating immune and detox boost to cleanse your system
Equipment
Ingredients
- ½ cup pineapple
- ½ cup mango
- 1 banana
- 1 lime juice and zest
- 2 tbsp mint fresh
- 1 cup almond milk or plant based milk of choice
- 1 cup coconut water or water

Prep your fruit
- Divide your ingredients: 1/2 cup mango, 1/2 cup pineapple , 1 banana, 1 lime (juice and zest only – leave mint to add fresh!) add to two reusable freezer friendly food bags
- Freeze until ready to blend
Meal Assembly Instructions
- Take bag(s) out of freezer and divide 2 tbsp mint, 1 cup almond milk, 1 cup coconut water to each, let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes until slightly softened (for the smoothest texture)With a high powered blender, blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined and smooth. Add additional liquid as necessary for desired consistencyIf making fresh vs frozen – be sure to add a handful of ice for a cold blended finish
