
Vegan Maple Dijon Tahini Dressing
A simple minimal ingredient dressing that is the perfect tangy sweet sidekick for any salad
Ingredients
Makes a heaping half cup – if serving more than 2 people double!
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup tahini
- 2 tbsp grainy dijon
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ lemon juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a small jar and whisk with a fork until very well combined. Refrigerate up to 4 days -separation is natural so mix well before using
