For the Pumpkin Cream Cold Foam

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree raw, organic
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup raw, organic
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice plus more to garnish

For the cold brew

  • 8 oz cold brew store-bought or homemade!
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions
 

Directions:

    Make or buy cold brew

      Make cold foam

      • Add 2 tbsp heavy cream, 1 tbsp pumpkin puree , 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice to a small mason jar and froth until thick and fluffy
      • Pour cold brew over ice, top with cold foam, enjoy!
