
Creamy Collagen Peach Protein Smoothie
Creamy, delicious, nutrient packed smoothie to fuel your days this summer!

Ingredients
- ½ cup pineapple
- 1 banana
- 1 peach de-seeded skin on!

- 1 tsp chia seed
- 1 tsp hemp seed
- 1 cup almond milk or plant based milk of choice
- 1 cup coconut water or water

Meal Prep Instructions
Prep your fruit
- Add 1 scoop collagen, 1/2 cup pineapple, 1 banana, 1 peach, 1 tsp chia seed, 1 tsp hemp seed to a reusable freezer friendly food bags
- Freeze until ready to blend
Meal Assembly Instructions
- Take bag out of freezer and add a scoop of protein powder, 1/2 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup coconut water to each, let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes until slightly softened (for the smoothest texture)With a high powered blender, blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined and smooth. Add additional liquid as necessary for desired consistencyIf making fresh vs frozen – be sure to add a handful of ice for a cold blended finish
