
Morning Matcha
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- handful of dino kale leaves
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp matcha
- juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tsp of fresh grated ginger
- 1 scoop of collagen (I love vital proteins)
optional:
- 1 tsp of bee pollen granules (great mineral source!)
Instructions
Meal Prep Instructions:
- Throw all ingredients (except for coconut water) into a reusable food storage bag – I love this Stasher Bag Bundle
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined
