Tangy Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup tahini
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • (1/4) cup small handful of fresh chopped cilantro
  • (1/4) cup small handful of fresh chopped mint
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave!
  • ½ lime juice
  • salt and pepper to season

Instructions
 

Meal Prep Instructions:

  • Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender until smooth and well combined. Store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days and shake well before using.
  • Store in glass dressing bottle for up to 5 days – separation is natural so shake well before using
