
Tangy Tahini Dressing
Ingredients
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup water
- (1/4) cup small handful of fresh chopped cilantro
- (1/4) cup small handful of fresh chopped mint
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp of honey or agave
- juice of 1/4 lime
Instructions
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in an immersion blender until smooth and well combined. Store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days and shake well before using.
