
Tangy Tahini Dressing
That perfect dairy free balance of something sweet but tangy to round out a fresh grain bowl, taco or salad to give it the flavor it needs without sacrificing any of the nutrition!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup tahini
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup water
- (1/4) cup small handful of fresh chopped cilantro
- (1/4) cup small handful of fresh chopped mint
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp honey or agave!
- ½ lime juice
- salt and pepper to season
Instructions
Meal Prep Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients with an immersion blender until smooth and well combined. Store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days and shake well before using.
- Store in glass dressing bottle for up to 5 days – separation is natural so shake well before using
