
Banana Cold Brew Protein Shake
Ingredients
- 3-4 cold brew ice cubes (or 1 cup of cold brew)
- 1 banana
- Scoop of collagen + vanilla protein powder – I like Vital Proteins
- Sprinkle of hemp seed, chia seed, bee pollen granules
- Big splash of coconut water or almond milk
Instructions
Directions:
- Place all ingredients into a blender.
- Blend of high for up to 1 minute or until very well combined.
