
Avocado Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
- 1 small avocado
- ½ cup canned full fat coconut milk
- ¼ cup avocado oil mayo
- ¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro
- juice of 1 lemon (or lime if you want it extra tangy!)
- 2 green onions chopped (green & white parts)
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp dried dill or 1tbsp fresh dill
- 1-2 tbsp warm water to thin as needed
Instructions
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor or immersion blender until smooth and well combined. Store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days and shake well before using.
The perfect tangy, creamy, but not too heavy dressing to pair with any summer salad, raw veggies to dip, or protein to drizzle on!
