
Coconut Curry Peanut Sauce
The perfect sauce for a grain / Buddha bowl to bring the vibrancy and flavor you crave!
Ingredients
- ¼ cup avocado oil
- ½ cup coconut milk full fat for the best texture / flavor
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp red curry paste mild
- ½ lime juiced
- 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
Instructions
Meal Prep Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor or immersion blender until smooth and well combined. Store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days and shake well before using.
