
Dill Dijon Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- ½ cup fresh chopped dill
- 1 tbsp smooth or grainy Dijon mustard

Directions:
- Shake all ingredients in an airtight glass container until well combined. Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
This makes enough for 1-2 salads, so double or triple recipe if you want a full jar of dressing for the week.
