
Tropical Mint Detox Smoothie
Ingredients
Makes two prep bags / two large smoothies
- ½ pineapple
- 1 mango
- 1 grapefruit
- Juice from 1 lemon
- ½ cup fresh chopped mint leaves
- 2 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 cup coconut water or water to thin
Instructions
Meal Prep Instructions:
- Prep your fruit: Peel and roughly chop pineapple, mango and grapefruit.
Make your prep bags: Divide ingredient quantities equally to each reusable food storage bag – I love this Stasher Bag Bundle add:

- fresh squeezed lemon juice
- mint leaves
- ginger
- Leave liquid out, freeze ingredients until ready to blend
Directions:
Take bag(s) out of freezer and add liquids
- 1/2 almond milk, 1/2 coconut water per bag letting the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes until slightly softened (for the smoothest texture)
- With a high powered blender, blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined and smooth. Add additional liquid as necessary for desired consistency
- If making fresh vs frozen – be sure to add a handful of ice for a cold blended finish
