
Perfect Protein Muffins
A simple, minimal clean ingredient recipe to prep every week for 10g of protein and no refined sugar!
Equipment
Ingredients
- 2 bananas (ripe and mashed)
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup greek yogurt
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- â…“ cup maple syrup
- 2 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup protein powder
Instructions
Meal Prep Instructions:
- Mix wet ingredients together, mix dry ingredients together. Mix together until well combined
- Pour into silicon muffin tin & bake at 350 for 20 min or until center is cooked through
