Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 1 peach de-seeded skin on!

  • 1 tsp chia seed
  • 1 tsp hemp seed
  • 1 cup almond milk or plant based milk of choice
  • 1 cup coconut water or water

    • Take bag out of freezer and add a scoop of protein powder, 1/2 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup coconut water to each, let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes until slightly softened (for the smoothest texture)
      With a high powered blender, blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined and smooth. Add additional liquid as necessary for desired consistency
      If making fresh vs frozen – be sure to add a handful of ice for a cold blended finish
