
Staple Green Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 banana
- 1 cup pineapple chopped
- 1 scoop protein powder I love vanilla
- ¼ cup cashews
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1 tbsp hemp seed
- 1 cup almond milk or plant based milk of choice
- 1 cup coconut water or water

Prep your fruit
- Divide your ingredients: 1 cup spinach, 1 banana, 1 cup pineapple, 1/4 cup cashews, 1 tbsp chia seed, 1 tbsp hemp seed and add to two reusable freezer friendly food bags
- Freeze until ready to blend
Meal Assembly Instructions
- Take bag(s) out of freezer and add a scoop of protein powder, 1/2 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup coconut water to each, let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes until slightly softened (for the smoothest texture)With a high powered blender, blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined and smooth. Add additional liquid as necessary for desired consistencyIf making fresh vs frozen – be sure to add a handful of ice for a cold blended finish
