Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup pineapple chopped
  • 1 scoop protein powder I love vanilla
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed
  • 1 cup almond milk or plant based milk of choice
  • 1 cup coconut water or water

    Prep your fruit

    • Divide your ingredients: 1 cup spinach, 1 banana, 1 cup pineapple, 1/4 cup cashews, 1 tbsp chia seed, 1 tbsp hemp seed and add to two reusable freezer friendly food bags
    • Freeze until ready to blend

    Meal Assembly Instructions

    • Take bag(s) out of freezer and add a scoop of protein powder, 1/2 cup almond milk and 1/2 cup coconut water to each, let the mixture sit for at least 10 minutes until slightly softened (for the smoothest texture)
      With a high powered blender, blend on high for about 1 minute until very well combined and smooth. Add additional liquid as necessary for desired consistency
      If making fresh vs frozen – be sure to add a handful of ice for a cold blended finish

    • 1 banana 

    • Handful of pineapple

    • Optional scoop of collagen + protein powder

    • Handful of cashews

    • Sprinkle of chia & hemp seed

    • Big splash of coconut water or almond milk

    Directions:

    • Place all ingredients into a blender.

    • Blend of high for up to 1 minute or until very well combined.
