
Peach Vinaigrette
Super simple sweet summer dressing with seasonal fresh flavors
Ingredients
- 3 peaches freshly washed and pitted – I like skin on for color!
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- 2 tbsp champagne vinaigrette or apple cider vinegar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 garlic clove
Instructions
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor or immersion blender until smooth and well combined. Store in the fridge in an airtight glass container for up to 5 days and shake well before using.
